1.The Floating Fish Feed Pellet Machine Processing Plant is a pellet feed extruder, which can produce a variety of flower-shaped pet food, and can also customize molds according to customer requirements.

2. The product discharge port is equipped with a frequency conversion speed regulating rotary cutting device, which can adjust the blade rotation speed at will to control the cutting speed and length.

3. The cost of self-made extruded feed is lower than 60%-80% of the market price. The extruded feed pellet produced by this machine is neat and smooth, floats on the water surface for more than 12 hours without sinking, does not pollute the water source, sterilizes and reduces fish diseases.

4. The feed extruder model has built-in screw and extended screw sleeve, the material has a long peeling time, adjustable temperature, and adjustable output torque, so that the made material has a high degree of expansion and a smooth surface.

5. The design is novel, unique, simple in structure, easy to install and disassemble, and easy to operate. The screw sleeve and screw are made of special wear-resistant and high-temperature resistant alloy steel materials, and are heat-treated, which have the advantages of wear resistance and long service life.

1). The fish feed pellets can float on water for over 20 hours.And sinking and floating aqua-feed pellets both can be made just by
adjusting the feed formulation.
2). Pellet diameter is 0.9mm-15mm by changing the mold.The cutter can cutting the pellets into different length.
3)The feeding speed,cutting speed,temperature all can be adjusted.
4).The machine also can make feed for pet like dog,cat with different shapes and we can customized the shape for you.
